A nine bedroom vacation rental located in the San Pedrito area of Pescadero. Designed as a private retreat with the scale and layout of a small boutique hotel, the property features expansive outdoor spaces and thoughtful shared areas.

The main challenge was showing the size of the property while keeping a sense of flow and cohesion. The focus was on capturing how the spaces connect and highlighting the quality of the design and finishes throughout.
